1Who we are:
- Pryzm is a venture-backed startup transforming government contracting.
- We’re breaking down barriers in this traditionally opaque industry with our AI-driven platform.
- Our mission is to simplify the complexities of the contracting process, enabling companies with the best technologies or services to compete, regardless of their experience level.
- Our founding team hails from Palantir, Lockheed Martin, and other leading firms.
2What you'll do:
- Own full-stack feature development: backend, frontend, big data pipelines, AWS, ML, and beyond.
- Collaborate closely with our team of expert engineers.
- Interface directly with the founding team.
- Build and innovate to drive our product forward.
3What We're Looking For:
- Proficient in full-stack engineering.
- Familiarity with Python, backend web development, React frontend development, Spark, and AWS.
- Specialization in one or more of the following is a plus: Spark, LLMs, React.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work weekends.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to ship quickly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements (startup environment).
- Demonstrated ability to exceed high standards.
- Valid US work authorization required.
